Advice 5¢, a bed & breakfast

We thank you for 21 great years!

After 21 wonderful seasons, Nancy’s hung up her apron

which means we’re saying “so long” to our Advice 5¢.

It's certainly been a great run...and when we threw open the doors in 1995 we couldn't have imagined all that's transpired over these past two decades!  We've hosted guests from all over the country, baked LOTS of Jammies, flipped LOTS of pancakes, and have done too many loads of laundry (and even wore out a dozen irons). And with all that, proudly created the Annual ADVICE 5K Turkey Trot and established a charitable endowment in its name.

WHAT'S NEXT? As most of you know, Donna's well established as Chief of the Duck Fire Department and Nancy will have more time for Race Directing, Coaching, Town Council..and who knows what else!

To our guests, thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you while in Duck. We want you to know how much we have appreciated the patronage, friendship, and support you have shown us for over two decades. We look forward to seeing many of you during your future visits to this beautiful place we are lucky to call home -- maybe even on the beach for a change!

Because as we've always said...

"life's too short to wear tight shoes"

With the warmest regards and appreciation,

Nancy Caviness & Donna Black, Co-Proprietors
